Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookie Statement

This page explains how Ticketpanel handles personal data, ticket purchases, event attendance, payments processed through Stripe, and cookie preferences for visitors and buyers using the platform.

Privacy Policy

Ticketpanel collects and processes personal information that is necessary to present events, sell tickets, deliver confirmations, manage attendance, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. This may include your name, email address, purchase history, device information, order details, and communications you send to us.

When you complete a purchase, payment information is handled by Stripe or other trusted payment providers acting on our behalf. Ticketpanel does not store full card numbers. We may receive limited payment metadata, such as payment status, billing name, and transaction identifiers, so we can fulfil your order, investigate disputes, and meet our accounting obligations.

We use your information to operate the service, issue and validate tickets, send event-related updates, respond to enquiries, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of Ticketpanel, organisers, and attendees. Where permitted by law, we may also send service messages and relevant transactional emails related to your purchase or event attendance.

Personal data is stored only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including record-keeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance with tax or regulatory requirements. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who need it to operate the platform.

Depending on applicable law, including GDPR-style privacy rights, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for correction or deletion, object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Ticketpanel may share information with event organisers, payment processors, email delivery providers, analytics providers, and technical hosting partners where necessary to provide the service. We require such partners to process data only for legitimate business purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

By using Ticketpanel, you acknowledge that some data processing may occur across borders where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information.

Terms and Conditions

Ticketpanel provides an online platform for browsing events, purchasing tickets, and receiving event-related confirmations. By using the platform or buying a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws, venue rules, and organiser instructions.

Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and ticket category shown at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing your order details carefully before completing payment. Lost, copied, damaged, resold, or unlawfully obtained tickets may be refused entry or cancelled without refund where permitted by law.

Prices, availability, booking fees, and event details may change before checkout is completed. A purchase becomes binding only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued. Ticketpanel or the event organiser may cancel or refuse orders where fraud, misuse, technical error, or unauthorised resale is suspected.

Refunds, exchanges, postponements, and event cancellations are subject to the organiser's policies and any rights granted by mandatory consumer law. Unless otherwise required by law or stated by the organiser, tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, Ticketpanel will use reasonable efforts to communicate the organiser's instructions regarding refunds, credits, or rescheduled attendance.

Attendees must behave safely and lawfully at all times. You may be denied entry or removed from an event without refund if you breach venue rules, engage in abusive or dangerous conduct, or fail to present a valid ticket and any required identification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketpanel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from event cancellation, postponement, venue changes, travel costs, lost profits, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
